Data Deletion — VODROX

How to request deletion

Email admin@vodrox.com from the address you used to contact us.
Use the subject line “Data deletion request”.
Tell us what to delete (for example, a contact-form message) and roughly when you sent it.
We may need to verify your identity before acting, for example by replying to that same address.

What we can delete

We can delete personal data you provided through this corporate website, such as contact-form submissions (name, email address and message content) held in our database.

Some records may need to be retained where legally required, for example for security logs or to comply with the law. If that applies, we will explain it in our reply.

Third-party integrations

If you connected a third-party platform such as Meta to a VODROX product and want VODROX-held integration data removed or disconnected, include the account or page name and the email you used. VODROX can only remove data and credentials held by VODROX; data retained independently by third-party platforms in their own systems remains under those platforms' control.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your request and process it within the timeframe required by applicable data-protection law (usually one month under UK GDPR). If we need more information to identify your data, we will ask.
